Sales Team Leader will be expected to exemplify the Company’s customer service model, brand standards and operations. Ensure that all guests receive a high level of quality service and will be responsible for implementing a variety of functions and procedures relating to customer checkout, customer service, promoting sales, merchandising, housekeeping and store operations.


  • Work sales floor independently and provide customer service.
  • May work closely with store Management team to support business needs to include adequate shift coverage
  • May be responsible for managing store operations independently and/or as a team with other sales Associates
  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service and integrity by demonstrating confidence in product promotions in a knowledgeable manner
  • Maintain brand standards, good housekeeping, organization, and visual presentation standards
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and multi-task
  • Create two daily product videos
  • May be required to  provide product descriptions via live social media to engage with customers
  • May assist in manually making merchandise
  • Assist with marketing promotions online and in the mall
  • Provide asset protection to preserve profit and employee wages
  • Be a Pro-active problem solver
  • Demonstrate an understanding of sales goals and align behaviors accordingly
  • Act as cashier and operate a cash register to process transactions and maintain accurate transaction records
  • Participate in trainings and team building activities as they become available


  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in retail sales 
  • Availability must include a flexible retail schedule which includes morning, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Maintain customer engagement 
  • High level interpersonal skills
  • Communication skills


  • This position requires retail hours. 
  • Long periods of standing and walking around the store for approximately four to eight-hour shift.
  • Ability to visually read a computer and mobile screen
  • May be required to lift a minimum of 10 to 25 pounds
  • Climb a ladder
  • May be required to reach, push, pull, stoop, kneel, and crouch when replenishing merchandise
