- Rules and Regulations for the DTC Play area
- Children must not be taller than 42" in height
- Children must be accompanied by an adult 18 years or older
- Absolutely no food or drinks allowed, by children or adults
- No strollers inside the play area
- No standing or jumping on the seating areas
- Play area will close periodically during the day for cleaning
- Open all mall hours*
*To maintain a safe and clean play center for our families, Dulles Town Center sanitizes the area multiple times per day. During mall operating hours, the play area is closed temporarily beginning at 1:45pm daily to clean the equipment (which takes about 15 minutes or so). During this time, we recommend utilizing the Dulles Town Center Express or Island Carousel attractions. We apologize for any inconvenience.
The Dulles Express operates from 10AM to 7PM, Sunday 11AM to 7PM.
The depot closes at 6:45PM nightly, no riders will be accepted past 6:45PM.

As every family with youngsters in the DC area knows, Rocknoceros (pronounced like rhinoceros) is three guys, Coach Cotton, Williebob, and Boogie Woogie Bennie, who make wildly popular, award-winning music for the whole family.The three Rocknoceros bandmates "grew up" (if they ever did) in Northern Virginia. Boogie and Coach, best friends since they were four years old, remember endlessly spinning Beatles records in Boogie's suburban bedroom while "waiting for Williebob" who appeared on the scene in high school. The three have been making music ever since, although it wasn't until 20 years later in 2005, when Coach Cotton was raising young'uns of his own, that the inspiration for Rocknoceros finally crystallized.
Rocknoceros has since dominated the Washington, DC children's music scene and gained significant national recognition as well.
